From February 1 to April 30 of each year, there is a closed season for roe deer and wild boar.
Please note that we exclusively use game meat from our own local forests. We do not source any game from other states or from breeding farms.
For this reason, we do not offer any game dishes outside of the hunting season. We thank you for your understanding – and look forward to serving you fresh, regional game of the highest quality during the season.
